Join us for an inclusive open judo session, welcoming all judoka, including adaptive athletes with physical or cognitive impairments and those with visual impairments. This session is open to judoka of all abilities, ages, and experience levels, as well as visitors from all areas and Home Nations.
Led by Welsh Adaptive coaches Wayne Dyer and Wendy Allen, this session provides a fantastic opportunity to train in a supportive and inclusive environment. Coaches are encouraged to attend and assist on the mat.
