The Northern Ireland Closed Championships, 6 September, has been cancelled!
21st May 2026,
NIJudo management moved the competition to 6th Sptember 2026 stating:
“This decision aligns us for timeframes of qualification for other progressive events, for the relevant players.”
10 August 2026,
With less than a month to go and only the date confirmed, NIJudo management stated the reason for cancelling it was due to:
“… following the summer break, there would not be sufficient preparation time to safely and confidently take part.”
